Okay, here's the bet: $5 each for Rove, Libby, Hadley, or any other political appointee charged with an ancillary crime (perjury, obstruction). $10 if charged with a substantive crime. $20 for Cheney or Bush. The money goes to Hurricane Katrina victims. Who's on board?
By the way, if no indictments are handed down by close of business today, I say we coup.
