Gerrymandering Before the Court

Josh, since you're the resident election law expert, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Supreme Court deciding to review the Texas re-districting plan that put 5 new Republicans in the House. Every Justice Department lawyer who wasn't a political appointee said the plan violated the Voting Rights Act. What do you think?
