Here's an interesting Newsweek article about why Sen. Joe Biden would make an excellent presidential candidate. My favorite reasons from the list include:
1) He's not a bad-looking guy
2) He's been in Washington for longer than any other potential Dem
and
3) He was never linked with actresses, models, or late-night carousing.
Well, I'm sold. Why didn't we find this guy sooner in the 34 years he's been in office? Where was this hidden gem, this diamond in the rough? Oh yeah, he ran for president before and had to withdraw in shame for plagiarizing a British speech.
P.S. Jack Kennedy was all for actresses, models, and late-night carousing. That makes those things worthy pursuits in my book.

Biden's front office staff were also total brownnosers. True story.
The guy's been in Washington since....well, Washington. He's practically a bathroom fixture. Plus, my keen political senses are telling me he'll be even more of a panderer than Kerry. The problem with a Biden run is he does have foreign policy experience and he'll fight the front-runner's credentials, leading to more "Democrats don't know what they're doing on foreign policy" mumbo-jumbo. Except this time, it'll be coming from a Democrat.
