So Hwang Woo-Suk has finally admitted to faking his research on the cloning of stem cells. Some people see this as a set back for science but I hail this as proof of the greatness and true infallibity of science.
Science, in a manner totally unlike politics, religion, or even art, regulates itself. True science will be proven time and time again and false science will quickly wither and die like fruit fallen from a tree.
Science can only improve itself. Even though it took hundreds of years, the brilliance of Isaac Newton was never proven wrong. It was merely improved upon by Albert Einstein who saw the holes and filled them with his own science. Just as there are holes in Mr. Einstein's work that will most certainly be filled at a later date by a scientist likely not even born yet.
Once the creationist movement and other pseudo-scientific supporters realizes they are battling the uncontainable force of all human knowledge hurtling through space and time, they will have no choice but to fall away, either mocked or forgotten by human history.
