In Which Republicans Twist The Plame Affair To Their Ends

Regarding our network of secret prisons, G.O.P Leaders Seek Inquiry on Leaks of Government Secrets. I think we agree that this is a good leak--whistleblowing--while the Plame leak was done for rank partisan purposes--not a good, whistleblowing leak. As others warned (specific to leaking names, but, with the section 641 issue, very relevant here), however, the Plame investigation opens the doors for prosecution of any sort of leak, and the Republicans are (cleverly) trying to take advantage.
