... and disgusting. The New York Times is reporting on a Pentagon study saying that up to 80% of the American soldiers killed by upper body wounds in Iraq would probably have lived if they had body armor.

You know, I would mind spending $300 billion on this war a whole lot less if we could PROTECT OUR OWN DAMN SOLDIERS! We throw billions and billions on Halliburton contracts to feed the soldiers. That money is pretty much wasted if the soldiers we're feeding no longer have a digestive system.
