This seems unlikely, given that some of the powerhouses of the tournament are as white-male-European as it gets. Or did Henry mean that minorities in the US have an incentive to be better at sports because other opportunities for advancement are denied them? Or does it mean that we're fighting a secret war in Cambodia? Cryptic as usual.
